There is a saying (especially in the East) that, "Health is Wealth". Good health is not merely the absence of physical symptoms of disease or illnesses, but to have PEACE of mind. The wisdom of the East follows a holistic approach, that supports the body, mind and spirit equally. They treat the whole person to prevent the onset of disease, rather then wait for the physical symptoms of illness to manifest itself, before starting treatment. Our aim is to provide you with impressive tools and services, for a healthy and happy life. We bring together insights and healing approaches from ancient cultures, i.e. Jin Shin Jyutsu, with breakthroughs in complementary therapy and cutting edge healing protocols like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT, is more commonly known as an up and coming therapy with a wide range of applications. Based on the Meridian system as used by the Chinese for thousands of years it is capable of treating mental, emotional and physical issues. It is fast gaining popularity through shows like Richard & Judy, The Good Morning Show and Extreme, as well as receiving much positive press in magazines such as Zest, Hello, the Daily Mail and even in the Times. It has been described as ‘psychological acupuncture, but without the needles’ and is quick and easy to learn. This guide will take you through the background, philosophy, practice and uses of EFT.
This is a gentle art from ancient Japanese tradition, which promotes optimal health and well-being and facilitates our own profound healing capacity. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods. Jin Shin Jyutsu induces relaxation, and greatly reduces the effects of stress. Stress has been widely recognized as causing everything from minor aches and pains to chronic health problems. The deep relaxation derived from Jin Shin Jyutsu brings balance to the body's energies, allowing the body to function better, feel better and heal more quickly.
We are all bound by invisible chains, things that binds, blocks and keeps us from being who we really are. These ties come from our childhood, family environment, culture, fears or reactions to events, that took place years ago. A method developed by Phyllis Krystal can help us to cut the ties that binds us, to anyone or anything that acts as an authority and exerts control over us. Detachment from such control will allow us to remove the accumulated layers of conditioning, which obscures the inner light of the Higher Consciousness (Hi C) or Real Self. The exercises that are contained in this method can help set us free, from everything that prevents the Real Self, from being expressed through the exterior shell or receptacle comprised of the body, mind, personality and ego.
